No way, Ishida is cool he uses a bow and arrow thats already awesome! and he also...uses a bow and arrow because thats all he needs!

His weapons may be cool, but his attitude isn't. He's just plain annoying, always analyzing the situation and coming with pesky remarks. Not to mention he's a nerd. He's like the uptight one in the gang.
But, in some ways... you could look upon his contribution to the whole series as bringing humor in a way, eg. when he sowed Kon a dress and the quincy symbol on back of him.

Lol well he doesn't need to say it out loud all the time, the strategies put the boring b in battles, and he thinks he's cool after he's explained it so he's all "yeah I'm just gonne touch my own glasses, moving them though there's no need to because that makes me look cool."
