No, I'm pretty sure she meant Hitsugaya and Hinamori. BTW the Hitsugaya - Hinamori flashback was in the fillers for some strange reason... he liked looking at the sky because it reminded him of the time he was with her. She's a little messed up though lol.

He is... he is young for a Captain level Shinigami as well, but I mean Karin must be like at least 20 years younger (if not more), that's why it was hilarious when she thought he was in middle-school because of his height xD

Yeah, I didn't actually pay so much attention to the filler when the animation was crap and the so-called "plot" took the statement "non-canon" to a new level. Anyway what you're saying about his age there is pure speculation and can not be taken as facts... but him being 30 (or more) still makes Karin too young for him in my opinion.
