um, the only one I can think of off hand is Shiba Kaien, the dead VC of the 13th Division and possibly the captain of the 13th Division, Ukitake, but it hasnt ever been shown in the manga or anime yet

Her powers seem to be barrier manipulation and time-reversal... I think they would relate more to psychics rather than physical upgrades................ and her little fly-people makes her seem to be closer to an element like earth...ground, or air than water...

the little people could represent elements then she would have all elements.
