Hi and welcome to Bleach Unlimited. For posting videos you usually just have to copy-paste the HTML embed code from the site where the video is distributed to a post in the specified forum.

The chatbox on the index page of the forum was removed due to no people actually utilizing it, and the fact that it makes the page take a longer while to load.
The new SHOUT box on the portal is an improved and more advanced utility for communication which functions as a replacement for the chatbox for now. If people (sooner or later/perhaps) will find that they actually want the chatbox back, they can always PM an administrator a request regarding that matter, but for now, we see no use in it being there.
PS.
By "people" I am not only referring to you; Stark, since talking to yourself in an otherwise empty chatbox is something we do not see as a reason for putting it back up.
