1. Spam and nonsense will be deleted taking immediate effect.

2. Present a valid problem for discussion, or simply ask what people think of something.

3. If a poll is seemingly good enough, the administrators are able to make it appear on the frontpage.

4. Trying to affect administrators to actually do this will result in the poll being deleted.
