why is it when she was holdin Clare she had no legs but after Clare stabbed her and she was goin under water she had her full body back?

First #4 cut Clare's legs off. Then she was playing a "game" with them. The rules of the game were that she was going to fight at a low level with the boy, and from time to time she would go up a level, till she would eventually kill the boy. Before the boy would die, Clare would had to re-attach her legs by coming closer to her limit. And as you already know, Clare could go over her limit and "awaken" without changing form. She did that when the awakened monster attacked, so that her legs healed in a second, then she ran off into the first, with her legs and the boy, while the #4 was stuck fighting the awakened. Ergo, the answer is: She healed herself fast by awakening before she even fought #4. Remember that #4 was holding her before she even had killed the awakened and Clare and the boy had gone separate ways.

is it me or did #4's brother look just like the boy Clare was with,when they showed him in her flash back I thought it was him but #4 said it was her brother.

There's no way in hell that's Raki (the boy who was with Clare), because Ophelia (#4) was a child in the flashback, and since Raki is human, he ages in human years and couldn't have been around at the time. Also, the boy doesn't look anything like him lol, even if it's in the night, you can clearly see that he has black hair, while Raki has brown hair.

It could either have been the whole "regeneration after death" thing, OR it could have been how Ophelia pictured herself in her mind. I mean her hair was blond and stuff, while it was green/blue-ish when she was fighting. EDIT: IN FACT, after you see her with legs, you see Clare standing in front her real body which is floating on the water and is surrounded by her own blood. You don't even see her bleed when she has legs, so it has to be a simple illusion. Wow I think I just made a new favourite character in these series.
