Like Kare Kano, they completely and most likely messed up the anime. You should read it, i like it but then again it's kinda chick like. So i guess im going back to watch d gray man cause i only read bleach nowadays.
huh, well I recommend reading the D. Gray-man manga. I took a break earlier and when I started reading again I wondered wtf had happened because they all looked weird, like it was really badly drawn, but then I saw that the title of the chapter was "The Case of the Black Order's Destruction - Serious" xD
Mangas have the original characters, plot, action - everything. I think they have much more freespace to work with when they draw mangas, because that's like the script, and when you see the anime you know what you're getting. What you're talking about is fillers. And fillers are bad, very bad. Look at Bleach and Naruto right now. They're almost unbearable to watch. Now don't get me wrong, fillers can be funny and all, and that's when I actually like them, but they tend to mess up the plot and that just sucks ass.
